DRAFT. This text has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer: it may change before it is final.
1. What cannot be uploaded
- What is not yours without permission: other people’s songs, videos, photos, texts, courses, fonts, logos or brands.
- People without their permission: photos or videos of someone who has not given their permission, and of minors without their parent’s or guardian’s.
- Other people’s data that are not yours to share (their phone numbers, documents, addresses).
- Nothing that puts minors at risk, of any kind. It is removed as soon as we know and reported to the authorities.
- Explicit sexual content or nudity.
- Hate, harassment, threats or violence against anyone, for any reason.
- Deception: false prices or products, pretending to be someone else, promising what you will not deliver.
- What is illegal in your country or the buyer’s, and what Stripe does not allow (its list of prohibited businesses).
2. What cannot be done
- Sending emails or messages to people who have not asked for them (spam).
- Attacking ADLANTE or other spaces, uploading harmful software, trying to get into where you should not or getting round the limits of the service.
- Copying ADLANTE or other people’s data with automated programs.
- Using ADLANTE for something other than your activity, or reselling it without permission.
3. If you see something that should not be there: how to report it
Anyone can report, with or without an account. Use the report form or write to soporte@adlante.com. So that we can act, tell us:
- Where it is: the exact address (the link) of the page, photo or video.
- Why it should not be there: what right or what law it breaks. If it is yours (a song, a photo), tell us so.
- Your name and email, so we can reply (if you are reporting something that puts minors at risk, you may leave them out).
- That you are saying it in good faith and that what you report is true.
4. What we do and how long it takes
- We confirm we have received it, straight away, if you have given us your email.
- A person looks at it, not a machine. Urgent cases (minors, threats, other people’s data on show) we remove straight away, while we review them.
- We decide within 7 days at most, and sooner if it is serious: leave it, remove it or limit it, or, if it is repeated or serious, suspend or close the space.
- We tell the space what we have done and why (which rule or law), and how to complain. And we tell you what we have decided.
If you disagree with what we decide (you, who reported it, or the space), reply to our notice within the following 6 months: a person will review it again. This does not stop you from going to court or using any other route the law gives you.
If we see a crime that endangers someone’s life or safety, we report it to the authorities. And we comply with orders from courts and authorities.
5. False and repeated reports
If someone sends false or unfounded reports again and again, we may stop dealing with them for a while, telling them beforehand. And if a space breaks these rules again and again, we may close it, as the terms say.
ADLANTE does not review what each space publishes before it goes live, and is not obliged to monitor it: it acts quickly when it learns of something.
