ADLANTE privacy policy
What data ADLANTE processes, what for and for how long, on adlante.com and in the spaces’ panel. If you are a student of a space, that space is in charge of your data: see its privacy policy, on its website (ADLANTE only processes them on its behalf).
Version borrador-2026-10-14 · 14 October 2026
DRAFT. This text has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer: it may change before it is final.
1. Who processes your data
The controller is [Missing: the name or company of ADLANTE] (“ADLANTE”), with registered address at [Missing: ADLANTE’s address] and tax number [Missing: ADLANTE’s tax number]. For anything about your data, write to soporte@adlante.com.
The students, buyers and other people of each space have that space as their controller, not ADLANTE: ADLANTE processes their data only on the space’s behalf, under the data processing agreement. For your own data, write to the space; if you write to us, we will pass your request on to it.
2. What data, what for and on what basis
If you ask for something on the adlante.com home page (“I want to teach” or “I want to learn”): your email, the address you typed, what you teach or want to learn and your language. To write to you about your invitation or let you know when there is a space for what you are looking for. We may do so because you ask us to and accept it (you can withdraw it whenever you like).
If you have a space or are on its team: your email and the way you sign in (with your email, Google or Apple), your name, your space’s details and the seller details (if you give them), what you pay ADLANTE and your invoices, what you accept and when, and what you write to us. To provide the service (it is our contract), to issue and keep invoices (the law requires it) and to answer you.
To keep ADLANTE secure: technical server logs (such as the IP address and the time of each request), to prevent attacks and abuse. On the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting the service and those who use it.
To improve ADLANTE: usage figures without names (for example, how many spaces use a tool). On the basis of our legitimate interest in improving it; they cannot be linked to anyone.
If you report content to us (the rules of use): your name, email and what you tell us, to handle the report and reply to you. The digital services law requires it.
We do not sell data, advertise with it or use it to train artificial intelligence. We do not make automated decisions that affect you.
3. Who else sees them
The companies that help us provide the service (sub-processors), only for that and under contract:
| Company | What for | Where | If it leaves the EU |
|---|---|---|---|
| Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. | Payments: the ADLANTE fee and each space’s sales (these, in the space’s own Stripe account). | Ireland (EU), with parts of the service in the USA. | European Commission standard contractual clauses |
| Google Ireland Limited (Firebase Authentication) | Accounts and sign-in (the email, the password stored encrypted, and the account identifier). | EU and USA. | European Commission standard contractual clauses |
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Serving the ADLANTE website and each space’s website, and storing their photos and files (R2) and videos (Stream). | Worldwide network; US company. | EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses |
| Render Services, Inc. | The ADLANTE server and its database (where everything in the panel is stored). | US company; server region: to be confirmed. | European Commission standard contractual clauses |
| Resend, Inc. | Sending the emails ADLANTE sends on behalf of each space (orders, payments, notices). | US company; sending region: to be confirmed. | European Commission standard contractual clauses |
List up to date on 14 October 2026.
And an authority or a court, if the law requires us to.
Some are outside the European Union or have parts of their service outside it: in that case, the data leave only with the safeguards the law requires (each one’s, in the list).
4. For how long
- What you ask for on the home page: until you ask us to delete it or it no longer makes sense (for example, because you already have your space).
- Your account and your space: while you have them and, after closing, 90 days (in case you come back); then they are deleted.
- Invoices: as long as the law requires (usually several years).
- Proof of what you accepted (which text, which version and when): for as long as it may be needed in a claim, even if you delete your account.
- Technical server logs: a short time, as long as the server provider keeps them.
5. What is stored on your device
ADLANTE does not use advertising or analytics cookies, or other companies’ programs that track you. On your device it only stores what is needed for what you ask for: your session (so you do not have to sign in every time) and your preferences (language, light or dark, and the notices you have already seen). That is why we do not ask your permission for it: the law does not require it for what is necessary or what you choose.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to see your data, correct them, delete them, take them with you, restrict their use or object, and withdraw at any time what you accepted (without affecting what came before). Write to us at soporte@adlante.com: we reply within one month at most.
If you think we are not doing it right, you can complain to the data protection authority ([Missing: the data protection authority of its country], or the one in your country).
7. Minors
The ADLANTE panel is for adults. A space’s minor students sign in on that space’s website, under what that space says and with their parent’s or guardian’s permission where needed.
8. If this text changes
We will tell you beforehand if something important changes (spaces, in their panel and by email). The version and date at the top say which one applies today.
